Excellent transportation service. They send timely email messages confirming the arrangements, rather than leaving you in the dark as to whether they have picked up the ball. The driver, Noor, arrived ahead of schedule and texted a message to advise us that he was in place. He was professional and an excellent driver. The auto was comfortable and clean, and Noor handled the loading and unloading. Prices are reasonable. Strongly recommend this service.

Firstly I had some scheduling issues that required me to cancel a booking and then make a last minute one. Brys was understanding and got me a car when I needed it. My driver, Noor, was very professional and friendly. I would use Brys again.

We received a text the night before our pick up from our driver, NOOR to confirm our pick up time and to give us a description of his vehicle. He arrived a few minutes before our scheduled pick up time, and was just so wonderful to talk to on our way to the airport. His car was spotless. GREAT! We used this Car service To and From Englewood / Back from Tampa Airport. Rick & Luis were dependable, professional friendly and On Time. Great communication, Text and phone reminders of appointment and who the driver would be. Safe drivers. Easy to make appointments on line.

Abosolutely a fantastic experience. Bry's car service has very easy scheduling, excellent communication (confirmation, reminder & introduction e-mails). Text from driver: "hi, I'm Noor driving a grey Murano and on my way". Noor was prompt, polite and an excellent driver. He paid attention to the road ahead (not his mobile) allowing him to brake and accelerate smoothly. It was the most relaxing ride to the airport I ever had and I will request Noor next time!

This is the second time I have used Bry and they were on time and very pleasant to ride with. Both trips were to and from Ft Myers airport and the online booking and their follow up were excellent.

Excellent shuttle service from Sarasota to Tampa airport. We had bad luck with Uber earlier in the week. Needed to have a reliable and trustworthy ride for our 15 year old to the airport. Bry called me personally to reassure me that he has the most reliable drivers and let me know that Luis would likely be our driver. Luis texted both my son and I the night before to confirm, was punctual, friendly and drove my son safely to the airport at 6:30am. No more Uber for us, we will be using Bry's from now on. I’ve used Bry’s car service several times now when visiting family in Florida. They are convenient, reliable, and the communication is excellent. It’s been an easy and smooth process every time. The rates are very fair, it’s cheaper than an uber in my experience, and I love having the peace of mind knowing my ride is set and guaranteed! Would definitely recommend!

Bry’s service was excellent. They communicated in a professional manner and the driver sent a text giving his name and assuring me of his arrival for the early morning pick up the next day. His car was a late model and in good condition. My granddaughters were at ease in his presence and so was I.

I needed a car service for my trip to Florida from the airport and back again. I did a search and Bry’s gave me the best price. But I really hit the jackpot! I didn’t specify a driver and was assigned Luis. He contacted me a few days before the trip to let me know what to do and how to contact him. He kept in touch before the flight and after. I told him where I was and he explained what he was driving. Pickup was quick. Luis was personable and after a short bit let me relax while I listened to great music. I almost felt like I was in a spa! We had a bit of trouble finding the house in the dark but Luis was prepared. He had a flashlight that could illuminate the house numbers. I’ve requested Luis for my return trip and already recommended Bry’s to my cousins for their future needs. This is a totally professional service but know how to give the personal touch! Highly highly recommend!

Going to add that I used this service to give me a ride back to the airport. I had a 9pm flight and the driver was going to pick me up at 5:45pm. The assigned driver was watching the traffic report and saw that there were 3 accidents on the way so he came at 5pm to make sure I made the flight. Duane was in great contact and was terrific company on the ride. He was friendly and positive even when traffic came to a standstill. I love a service that has drivers who pay attention to the needs of the driver and the conditions of the road. Love you Brys!!!

SRQ was in Meltdown mode because of ATC Stoppages. Planes landed but has no gates to use, Fred waited for us. We used him for both drop off and pick up. He was on time, friendly, and knew the best routes to use. Will certainly use and request him again!

Bry's, Car Service picked me up at the Tampa airport for my visit with family in Englewood, FL. My flight was early but Luis was right there when I landed. My flight was quite early but my driver was right on top of things and was there promptly to pick me up. He was professional, alert and extremely competent driver and made the ride very pleasant. This stellar service was provided at a price much lower than competing services and I will certainly use them again!
