Whether you made your reservation online, via our mobile app, or by calling (888) 991-RIDE (7433), you can cancel your booking with ease. To receive a refund (minus the applicable cancellation fee), please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled pickup time by replying to us via email. The cancellation fees are as follows: - All reservations: $10 other then below - Orlando reservations: $20 - Miami reservations: $30 Please note that the fees above are determined by the bank and are beyond our control.
